Akaet Finca Guatisea is born from the smallest and most exclusive plot of the Titerok-Akaet winery: just 0.16 hectares of centenary Volcanic Malvasía vines, located 200 metres above sea level on the slopes of Montaña Guatisea, in San Bartolomé. A vineyard farmed organically, in hand-dug holes, on steep rocky volcanic soil that demands fully manual harvesting. The winemaking is equally meticulous: cold maceration, extended spontaneous fermentation, and 11 months ageing on fine lees in ceramic spheres — a vessel that preserves the purity and freshness of the wine without interfering with its character. On the nose, seductive and intense: apricot, peach, mango, grapefruit and a balsamic background of resin and dried herbs. On the palate, a balanced acidity, fine texture and a long, mineral finish that speaks directly of Lanzarote's volcanic soil.
