Returns Policy

At Winelanz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following returns policy.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the product is unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food or beverages that have been opened, unsealed, or otherwise tampered with.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@winelanz.com. Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

Once the issue has been verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and original contents.
  • Be properly packed to avoid damage during transport.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on the part of Winelanz or because the product arrived damaged, all return shipping costs will be covered by us.

If the return is made under the customer's right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
