Los Pelados 2024 comes from one of the highest and most historic vineyards in southern Tenerife. Located at 1,300 metres above sea level in the Los Pelados vineyard, the old Listán Blanco vines grow on poor volcanic soils under the traditional Canarian pergola training system and remain own-rooted, preserving the island's unique viticultural heritage.
The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in used 500-litre French oak barrels. The wine then spends at least six months ageing on its lees in the same barrels before being bottled without fining or filtration, allowing the vineyard's pure character to shine through.
The nose reveals freshly cut grass, lemon zest and wild herbs. The palate is fresh, mineral and elegant, finishing with vibrant citrus notes and a pronounced volcanic identity. Production is limited to 1,250 numbered bottles.
