Althay Orange 2023 is an authentic and artisanal expression of Lanzarote’s volcanic landscape, crafted from century-old Muscat grapes grown in La Geria.
Cultivated under the traditional trench planting system, protected by stone walls and covered with a 40 cm layer of volcanic ash, these vineyards represent Lanzarote’s historic adaptation to extreme growing conditions.
Skin maceration in glass demijohns adds structure, texture and aromatic complexity, resulting in an elegant, expressive and deeply Atlantic orange wine.
With a limited production of only 1,800 bottles, Althay Orange 2023 is a singular and contemporary wine deeply connected to Lanzarote’s volcanic terroir.
