Ruku Ruku 2023 is a mountain wine born from a single vineyard located in Los Cortados. Made from Listán Blanco grapes grown from old vines at 1,340 meters above sea level, this wine reflects the extreme and unique character of the Canary volcanic landscape.
The vineyard, trained in irregular bush vines and planted on clay-sandy volcanic soils, is cultivated traditionally with deep respect for the environment and natural vineyard rhythms. After fermentation, the wine ages in barrels on its lees, bringing texture, complexity and depth.
A project created by Jessica Martín and Tomás Mesa together with grower Fulgencio González Lorenzo, where landscape, altitude and tradition come together in an authentic limited-production wine.
