LAVA Red Wine 2024 comes from the mid-altitude vineyards of northern Gran Canaria, a privileged area where Atlantic influence and volcanic soils produce fresh wines full of character.
Made exclusively from Listán Negro grapes, this wine is crafted with minimal intervention to preserve the natural expression of both the grape and the terroir. It has not undergone stabilization, fining or filtration processes and may therefore contain natural sediment. This approach preserves its full complexity, texture and volcanic identity.
