Althay Pet Nat is an ancestral sparkling wine crafted in the garden vineyards of Casa Althay, located in the volcanic landscape of La Geria, Lanzarote.
Made from centenary Malvasía Volcánica and Listán Blanco vines cultivated under Lanzarote’s traditional planting system, this wine reflects the island’s unique volcanic terroir.
Produced through spontaneous fermentation and without clarification, it is a vibrant and authentic sparkling wine with only 1,050 bottles produced.
