Crafted exclusively from Malvasía Volcánica by Jable de Tao Winery & Vineyards, this wine reflects the Atlantic and volcanic character of the island through a precise and carefully balanced winemaking process.
Fermentation and ageing for 10 months in white ceramic vessels and a 1,200-liter Austrian oak foudre provide texture, complexity and balance while preserving the freshness and minerality of the grape variety.
