Jable de Tao White 2023 comes from historic vineyards between 50 and 200 years old, grown on volcanic ash and jable soils in Lanzarote.
Crafted by Jable de Tao Winery & Vineyards, this wine blends traditional Canary Islands grape varieties including Malvasía Volcánica, Listán Blanco, Diego and Listán Negro, expressing the authenticity and complexity of the island’s volcanic landscape.
Fermentation and ageing take place in 500-liter oak barrels, concrete tanks and large foudres, bringing texture, depth and balance while preserving the Atlantic freshness that defines Lanzarote wines.
