Vereda de Conil is an extra virgin olive oil produced by Finca Vereda de Conil in Lanzarote. Made from Picual and Arbequina olives, it combines the intensity and stability of Picual with the smooth, fruity character of Arbequina, resulting in a balanced and elegant extra virgin olive oil.
Obtained directly from olives and extracted exclusively by mechanical means, this EVOO reflects the unique volcanic environment of Lanzarote, where climate, volcanic soils and Atlantic trade winds shape its distinctive character.
Its balanced flavour makes it ideal for drizzling over salads, vegetables, fish, white meats, artisan bread and cheeses.
