🍇 David Fernández · Mancha Blanca — Vineyards at the heart of the island, 

on volcanic soil in the Mancha Blanca estate. Citrusy, vibrant and with 

perfect acidity. The most food-friendly.

⭐ Akaet · Finca Guatisea — Only 374 bottles per vintage. Centenary vines at 

200 metres altitude, aged in ceramic spheres. The most exclusive and
