Titerok La Degollada 2023 comes from the Fenauso valley in La Degollada, Yaiza. Made exclusively from Listán Negro grapes sourced from different vineyards in the area, this wine reflects the volcanic and Atlantic character of Lanzarote.
The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified through gentle maceration and spontaneous fermentation. The wine then ages for 10 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks, gaining texture, balance and complexity.
A highly limited-production wine with authentic island identity.
