Made exclusively from Listán Negro grapes, this wine expresses the purity of Lanzarote’s volcanic vineyards and the artisanal philosophy of Casa Althay. Spontaneous fermentation and ageing in concrete and French oak barrels preserve the Atlantic freshness and mineral identity of the terroir.
